Morocco
My trip to Morocco in November 2025 was my first time traveling outside Europe, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable trips I’ve taken. I rented a car and traveled through Marrakesh, Essaouira, Taghazout, and Ouarzazate, experiencing completely different landscapes and atmospheres in each place.
Marrakesh was vibrant and full of energy, with busy markets, colorful streets, and incredible food everywhere you looked. Essaouira had a much more relaxed feeling, with its coastal views, fishing harbor, and quieter pace. In Taghazout, life revolved around the ocean, with surfers, cafés, and beautiful sunsets along the beach. Ouarzazate was different again, dry, quiet, and surrounded by dramatic desert scenery. Morocco felt completely different from anywhere I had been before, and hopefully I will return there one day because the country is vast and beautiful to photograph.
